Opening an account with Mesh Computers Owners Club Shop is very simple. If you have not already registered with us, simply put the items
in your basket you wish to buy and click check out and select New Customer. Your account will then be created as you checkout. Please note that you have to register with the shop even if you are already registered on the forums as your shop user profile is different to that on the forum.
Mesh Computers Owners Club Shop accept all major credit / debit cards, including all Visa and MasterCard variants. We currently do not accept
American Express. Although we take payment details as you check out, we do not debit your card until your order is ready to be shipped.
You will receive notification of when payment is taken via email, and will receive an invoice pdf.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order. We have two delivery options; an
express delivery option where the goods are usually shipped within 2-3 days of placing your order, and a supersaver delivery service
where the goods are shipped within 3-6 days of placing your order. If the item you order is not currently in stock, your item will
be shipped on a first come first serve basis, with express delivery taking priority.
Your delivery charge is displayed on checkout after you've selected your delivery type, before payment details are
taken. Since your delivery charge is based on weight, we generally cannot say how much your delivery charge will be. As a general
rule of thumb, most items we stock will be around £5 for supersaver delivery.
Our search system is simple and easy to use. A few tips though: If you are getting too many results, try increasing
the words in your search. If you are getting too few results, you should reduce the words in your search, and remove unnecessary
punctuation. If you cannot find what you are looking for on the site, you can always
ask us directly.
Our stock on the website is deliberately limited to popular and cutting edge products, so that we can guarantee that
we are the best price on nearly all our items. If you wish to see an item on the website that isn't currently displayed, we are always
open to suggestions and welcome you to contact us.
If you have already placed an order with us, and it payment has not yet been taken, you can always add items to your
order. To do this, simply place another order for the item you want. Then go to the My Account section of the site and chose"Combine Two or More Open Orders to Save Shipping Costs". This will give you a list of orders that you currently have outstanding.
Simply tick the orders you wish to combine, and press "Combine these Orders". This will merge the orders together into the first
order on the list, and recalculate shipping and order totals automatically.
Cancelling an order with Mesh Computers Owners Club Shop is simple. Simply log in to the My Account section, view open and recently dispatched
orders. You can cancel any order which payment has not yet been taken - simply select an open order, click "View or Change Order",
then "Cancel Items". Select the items you wish to remove from your order here - if you wish to remove all the items, your order will
be cancelled automatically. You will receive an email notification confirming any changes you make.
To check your order status, simply login to the My Account section, and view open and recently dispatched orders.
Here is a breif description of the order status that you may see:
- "Order Processed, Awaiting Stock Allocation" - We have processed your order and are now arranging stock for your order.
- "Preparing Stock" - We are now preparing your order for despatch. Once your order is ready we will take payment.
- "Awaiting Payment Confirmation" - We have now taken payment from your credit/debit card, and upon authorisation from
your card company we will ship your order. You will automatically receive an invoice and payment confirmation at this point.
- "Order has been despatched" - Your payment has been authorised and we have now dispatched your order to the delivery address
you have selected. You should expect your item within 1 working day of the dispatch notification.
- "Order is Complete" - We have received confirmation from the delivery company that your order has been received. Your order is
now complete.
Mesh Computers Owners Club Shop has been tested thoroughly with both Internet Explorer 6 and Mozilla Firefox. Both browsers must have cookies
and javascript enabled in order for Mesh Computers Owners Club Shop to function correctly. If you experience any difficulties using the site,
